From the moment my elderly parents and I arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with such kindness and warmth from the hosts, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and needs were met. the ironing facilities in our room were a pleasant surprise, allowing us to look our best for our outings in Manchester. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were well-stocked and the sitting area provided a cozy space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the free wi-fi in the rooms enabled us to stay connected with our loved ones back home, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. the proximity of the hotel to various dining options like Hawkins Pizza and McDonald's was convenient, but we found ourselves opting to dine in at the hotel's dining table, which was perfect for family meals. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we look forward to returning to this exceptional hotel next time we visit Manchester.
